I build training plans the way I build a clean workbench: labeled, repeatable, and easy to adjust. Using FTP tests, heart-rate drift, cadence ranges, and River Trail segment benchmarks, I help Little Rock riders see whether their endurance, climbing, or sprint work is actually moving the needle.
